TELTRAC is a computerised cost
management system which will account for every Local, Long Distance
and IDD telephone call made through a PABX or KTS telephone system
- in other words, through any modern office telephone system.
The TELTRAC System consists of the TELTRAC
Software package which is installed on an IBM
PC Compatible Computer. The TELTRAC System is connected
directly to your telephone system, and each time a telephone or
fax call is placed, it automatically creates and stores on hard
disk a record for that call. A selection of revealing management
reports detailing all telephone call activity and the associated
call charges may then be printed at any time, in both detailed
and summary formats. TELTRAC is flexible, extremely easy to operate,
and can be sized within your budget and within your needs.
